A close up photo of part of a blue car, covered in frost. The ice has crystallised and formed into spikes along the edge of the windscreen.
Some funky looking ice crystals on my car this morning!

Oh I’ve been desperate for you to release the Buffy pattern! Thank you ❤️
A screenshot of the Bluesky reporting tool on top of the official Autism Speaks account. In the additional information section, I’ve written: “Albeit counterintuitive, Autism Speaks is almost unanimously regarded as a hate group by the autistic community. Not only do they spread misinformation, they advocate for harmful and traumatizing interventions and public policy. They have also been known to harass autistic adults on social media.”
Oh *hell* no. #ActuallyAutistic
Been quiet the last couple of days. I started a new med and it’s really taken it out of me.
I bought some years ago and they gave me big sensory ick so they’re definitely not for me!
Cross stitch fabric with a pattern in progress. The fabric is navy blue and the stitching is mostly cream and white. It shows partially completed windows and roof of a Victorian-style house.
Today has been a cross stitch day, did a bit more work on this piece which is going to be a Victorian house, on 18ct navy aida. #crossstitch
Awesome thanks!
Finished the Cracking the Cryptic monthly puzzle hunt with about an hour to spare! I don’t think they are on bluesky yet but I’d love to meet other CTC fans on here.
Pretty!
That’s actually ideal for snow appreciation purposes
I like how I can instantly tell who on my feed is in the UK because they’re the ones posting about snow.
Rookie error!
Yeah I’ve had a headache for 3 days, it is just starting to go. I hope yours passes soon! Maybe related to weather / pressure? I find almost anything can give me a headache 🙈
Has it settled where you are? Here in London lots is coming down but none settling. I love snow haha
Whoa, I just got up and it’s proper snowing even in London 😍🌨️
a lot of people say about disability, even the kindest people, "I look past disability and I see the real person." Let me give you a word of advice, friends... many of us want you to look directly at our disabilities. They make us the people we are.
I almost always have shutdowns rather than meltdowns. It doesn’t feel safe to have meltdowns.
I feel a little intimidated by the amazing creators, writers, artists, designers etc on bluesky. I write and edit for a living but I always feel like I’m rubbish at being creative.
Today I briefly considered tidying up. But the doom piles said no.
I am right there with you. Currently trying to apply for PIP and it’s making me so ill. I put it off for years. This post was prompted by me needing to call their helpline. Solidarity ❤️🩹
My autism is too powerful this is why god gave me anxiety so I don’t take over the universe or something. Idk
Completely agree! My current project is transferring all my cross stitch floss onto plastic bobbins. It’s bliss ☺️
Oh she’s precious!
It's probably about time to do a BlueSky giveaway?
The lucky lucky winner can pick any 5 Taskmaster comic covers in A5 (small), A4 (medium) or A3 (large) sizes!
Repost this to be entered into the draw!
I'll pick a name on Tuesday night!
When you’re disabled or chronically ill - your world is constantly shifting.
Consistency and safety are things we long for - but they’re almost impossible to achieve when your body is constantly betraying you.
Haha it really is!
Family includes everyone! ❤️
I followed you cos corvids are awesome!
Anyway. Had to skip work today due to a migraine that hasn’t shifted yet after 16 hours, and that sucks cos I really like my work.
Trying to navigate healthcare and benefits for a chronically ill and disabled person is EXHAUSTING. Sometimes it’s worse than the disability. How ironic that our ‘support’ systems are some of the most ableist and dehumanising things we encounter.
