I have not been able to tolerate hard pants for a long time. And,’this season’s hard pants are not made for anyone under 6 feet. So, the soft pants lifestyle continues, leaving the only question: before bed to I change into different soft pants?

Waiting is torture sometimes. Wishing you get the response you hope for.

I always wished I was crafty like my mom. It’s such a soothing activity.

Thanks. At one point I just screamed “Are you trying to kill me? Because this makes no sense, medically or financially.” And, they actually won because they were able to wait me out until I was willing to suffer thru the MRI they made me get before approving the block.

I’d love to hear about other easy ways to get into meditation. There is a way to turn almost every physical or creative activity in a form of meditation. Like, I finally get the whole adult coloring fad. The ideas are limitless. So, what works for you?

There are a million meditation apps and I feel like I’ve tried every one. After years of failure, I found one that works well for me: Mesmerize is great for anyone who has trouble getting started. The visual element is a game changer. I’m still learning Insight Timer and it seems helpful.

There are a lot of people in similar situations. I can’t go march, yet. And, I donate as much as I can. But, it still feels like I could do more. A movement this big needs every skill set. The skills I have learned to manage pain works for every kind of stress. So, I’ll be sharing some tricks.
