Pancreatic cancer mRNA vaccine shows lasting results in an early trial Scientists caution that more research is needed, but nearly all of the patients who responded to the personalized vaccine are still alive six years later.

There’s no routine screening for pancreatic cancer, most cases aren’t operable, and the five year survival rate after diagnosis is around 13%. It’s a traumatic news.

But new personalized mRNA immunotherapy is showing encouraging results in Phase 1 clinical trials.

What a beautiful part of the world you live in. Its the peace i notice too when we arrive at our home in France after being back in the UK. Vice versa for us as we head to Uk tomorrow - subject to vets check this afternoon.

In France, legislation came into effect recently for all car parks that have over 80 spaces to be covered with solar panels. Estimated to add around 11GW of renewable energy capacity to the national grid. Why not do likewise in Scotland? Braehead, Silverburn, Glasgow Fort etc.
