Time to start ramping up the summer racing season. One of the first races I have ever run, and have done every year without fail is the Asbury Park Sheehan Classic 5K. It is in August, it is hot, but it is a great race around Asbury Park.

I would prefer we stay with DST all year long, but until then I will happily push my clock ahead to get the extra daylight hours for the months that I can.

This is not the first time Orange Juice has felt the "squeeze" of the market. Back when Atkins was all the rage, nobody was drinking Orange Juice, and the price of OJ dropped like a rock.

The interesting thing now is, that dealers whine about it instead of dropping prices.

I'd rather do *ANYTHING* before Hill repeats.

But in all fairness, I have to knee replacements, so hills are killers that cause entirely too much knee inflammation, so I sort of have a reason (not that I liked the hill repeats before this).

Two reasons. One, I am old enough that I remember when it was just Gatorade, and only one flavor, and two, their names are stupid, especially when you start into their "sub lines" like Frost, Fierce, and Flow. Their naming conventions are just out of control. It is easier to just use the color.
