Strongly disagree on the Swalwell answer. His focus was on law and order instead of changing the culture. I Honestly, it gave me the ick factor.

100 agree, I took issue with his non-answer on EVtax and law & order emphasis on the Swalwell question.

I can’t believe I am the only one who seems bothered by Becerra’s answer on swalwell. He seemed more concerned about people being prosecuted for rumors versus the need to change the culture. It felt too law and order and thanking victims seemed like an afterthought.

Yet, people really piled on. I admit I was leaning #Swalwell but then bang, huge disappointment. #Becceria’s answer on the rumors gave me an ick factor. “Women yelling” is feeling more like gender coded.

I disagree. He flubbed the EVC tax and his Swalwell answer raised some flags with me. Perfect time to talk about victims/changing the culture instead called doubled down on rumors and law/order. I really, really wanted him to shine.
Overall too few questions to change minds.

I have a similar reaction. I really thought this was Becerra’s moment to seize it and he didn’t. The Swalwell answer is really bothering me. If he had said ty to the victims first but he started out saying can’t do anything on “rumors” and doubled down on it b4 pivoting.

I agree, this is an unfair representation of what he said. Him paying more taxes can’t save the company.

I’m sorry but your comment is insensitive. This is not gossip/rumors but real women who could only talk about their trauma in tight circles, if at all. They used their platform to build a survivor safe space bc these women believed they were the only ones. 1/2

I switch to reading the highest demand one knowing i can renew the other ones easier. You can also manage your hold to come later without losing your place in line. PS this happens to me all the time, feast or famine.

He ran for president and it didn’t come out…. They really think they are superhuman. I think this is why Trump went after him so hard. He saw himself in Swalwell and knew rules didn’t apply either him too. TY survivors and supporters for stopping him now.

Have you looked outside? Or talked with them? They have little basis to work or live cooperatively. Positive role models are few and far between. So many of their parents navigated the pandemic doing “what’s best for their family” without regards to the greater community.
