False Spring is here baby!
🤦♂️
These two things are true at the same time:
1) Charging infrastructure needs major improvements
2) Charging infrastructure has improved massively
I checked out four (four!!!) new DCFC locations between Detroit and Chicago this weekend that **didn’t exist or weren’t open to non-Tesla vehicles one year ago.** Total game change for EV travel between my two favorite cities.

Kevin!
The median rated range of all #EV models sold in the U.S. in 2024 reached a record high of 283 miles.
Interesting chart from the DoE. What happened in 2016 ??

Congrats to my mom and dad for buying their first EV, a Chevy Equinox EV! After driving a gen1 and gen2 Volt EREV for almost 10 years, they finally felt the time was right to go full EV. Between the Equinox my family got in Nov and this one in Dec, the Oury fam is +2 EVs.

Y’all know what time it is. Rippin at over 260kW. Could always be faster, but this ain’t bad.
Homecoming for the cells in my company Sierra EV today as I drove it to the Ohio Ultium Cells plant. Cell-a-brating 100 Million cells produced! That’s enough to wrap around the equator one and a half times if laid end to end! Huge, thank you to LGES, the UAW, and the GM team that made this possible!
Had my first experience using a NACS/CCS adapter to charge today. So exited to have this option now!
