In retrospect, maybe universities shouldn't have tanked their religious studies programs in the 00s.
This conference would be particularly useful for students (upper level UG, Master's & early stage Phd's)who need support to learn how to work with data / present ideas coherently. Also good for post doc / early career who are looking to work on their conference skills in a supportive space.

Before Project 2025 there was a pattern of cases brought before SCOTUS that paved the way for what the authors have identified as Structural Preferentialism for white Christian conservatives and their agenda regarding Abortion, LGTBQ equality& Marriage, school choice and other issues.
