Super Punch Patrol looks really sharp on the Switch 2 screen at 1080p after the system update. The game doesn't actually use any anti-aliasing, but covers up nearly every hard edge with my squiggly line rendererer

The NES can't really do animated tiles without one of the later memory mapper chips the cart. At least not the easy way, you could of course still go through the full screen tilemap and replace each tile individually but that would likely be slow.
