Excellent points Bob. For the 1st time in 25 seasons we weren't in the bldg for 2x OT & it was gutting. The move to the coast hampered any idea that we'd be able to do a wknight game, we were dying not being there & fielding texts from friends telling us "we know the Jasper's don't leave ever!" 1/4

I know! He just annoys the heck outta me, but I thought ok, it's Tommy so it had to be good, and it was. I was impressed. He shouted out Caniacs & the vibes down here. Most players pump up their own fans, not the opposition!

I bookmarked it and just listened this AM - that was pretty good, voice and all, Tkachuk was all over how the atmosphere is here, and the fans his sister weighed in (sounds like she was at Game 1) and he was very complimentary about the fans and how the Canes play. I was stunned. 😬

A game so good the Canes had to win it twice. Amazing play by both goalies and teams all night. This game could have been 6-5 but both goalies sold out. The Stanky line remained hot. Need to rest up. Teams back at it on Thursday. #SoundtheSiren

Yep. ESPN,honestly has never been good. Especially after they "came back" to cover hockey.😏 TNT's coverage & broadcast is far superior, everything about ESPN cast is straight up lazy.
