Work was completed today, just waiting for sealant to all dry and then I will be enjoying my first easy, no hassle, no pain, shower since Scotia.

My newest hyperfixation. Renovating a house on Sims 4. I was completely engrossed in it to the exclusion of all else.
My kids are 16 & 19 and i have to fetch them from college every day between 3 and 5.. i STILL have this problem with doing anything after lunch. The only thing i have found helps is setting myself a 15 minute warning alarm, then a 'time to go' alarm on my phone!

I bought a Garmin watch this week as the "body battery" app is meant to work as well as the Visible.l band thing.
I've only had it since Monday, so a while left for it to calibrate to give accurate responses, but.. the sleep coach has opinions on the last 3 nights..🤣🤣

Despite being the size/weight i am, my blood pressure is fine and I am nowhere near pre-diabetic.
