I named this pic "I don't believe that this is just a coincidence" in my files, but within the pic, it's titled "(Magically) Connected?" There are pics of TV, Smokey & The Hooded Figure. - TV ↔ Smokey [Blue]: They both have purple eyes (TV only gets them when using their magic, though) & have similar voices. Possible (estranged) siblings, perhaps? - Smokey ↔ The Hooded Figure [Red]: Purple hoods? Check. Shadow-y faces with light colored eyes? Check. Both said a variation "That's just rude!" at some point in Episode 2? Check! Could possibly be related. - The Hooded Figure ↔ TV [Yellow]: Both call Minder their home & have the ability to make portals (the Hooded/Cloaked Figure can't enter them, though). Could have a Darth Vader/Luke Skywalker-like relationship (if you know what I mean ¬‿¬).

I went absolutely feral at the thumbnail, because Four canonically has an MLPsona/ponysona now. (Yes, I know they're not in the MLP G4 artstyle, but there are some people that made ponified versions of Four before this episode came out. But now it's canon, I guess.)
