I wonder if Ikuto Yamashita will be in charge of mechanical design for the new Evangelion.

It would be interesting to see some fresh blood, but if they let Yamashita off-the-rails like ANIMA, I'm all for it.

I just hope it doesn't get too bogged down by the existing material.
