Today, our Institute is hosting the BeNA Summer Workshop, which gives young researchers the opportunity to present and discuss their research in labor economics and related fields.

How do annual taxes and transfers mitigate lifetime income inequality?
We study their redistributive and insurance effects - and explore a lifetime tax reform - in a new paper with Peter Haan (@phaan.bsky.social), Daniel Kemptner and Victoria Prowse, forthcoming in QE.
