Hello all, I am doing a joint uni project on whether tiny cars work in rural areas.

I would appreciate it if you could fill out the questionnaire! Shouldn't take more than five minutes, and you can give your views!

FERN Response: Property Tax Reform and Rural Britain - Future Economic Rural Network The Future Economic Rural Network's Position on the Treasury's Proposed Property Tax Changes

I assisted in working on FERN’s response to the Treasury’s property tax reform under James Nute.

Rural Britain already pays more in council tax, earns less, and owns lower-valued homes — a deep unfairness since 1991.

Any reform has to put that right.

Poor building standards add £1,000 to energy bills of new homes, analysis finds About £5bn more spent than if rules for low-carbon new-builds had not been scrapped in 2016, ECIU thinktank finds

Not a surprise at all

UK housebuilders put up the worst new builds in Europe - smallest rooms, poor quality build, crap insulation

Profit is everything and they won't even put in a £35 swift brick

They are an utter disgrace

Say goodbye to solar panels – this photovoltaic fence is the future – 2 kW in your garden This photovoltaic fence could be the end of solar panels as experts are clear about the future: You can have it at home and get free electricity

Did you know that solar panels are cheaper than fence panels 😮

You can get a 2m panel from a wholesaler for about £40. That's similar to a fence panel of decent quality. Given their lifetimes, you'd be better off fencing with solar, even if not plugged in.

I read the book, it was a hard read, to equate your time in Afghanistan to something in Cumbria when you have bugger all to do with the area shows just how disconnected this man has from reality. Also he also predicted a Kamala win, so shows he is in his own bubble.
