Don’t be scared to try to fix stuff. You can do a lot with good instructions and some basic tools! This morning I replaced the fill valve in my toilet. (It was taking way too long to fill after a flush) The instructions that came with the part were FABULOUS and it took less than an hour. Hooray!

I crocheted a colleague a baby blanket. It was so much fun to make! (One of the yarns I was using bled blue dye all over my hands and I had to switch yarns mid blanket because I didn’t want it to dye the baby. (2nd & 3rd pics) Yikes!) 🧶

Ugh. Yeah, now before I buy a pattern I make sure it’s actually been made by (hopefully several) people so I can see if there are mistakes or unclear instructions…or AI shenanigans.
