Update: the Tennessee House passed HB 754, which will create a public list of trans residents, by a party-line vote of 70-21 this morning. Shortly before its passage, Republicans, again on party lines, rejected Democrats' attempt to remove the provisions that collect and publish trans people's data.

HB 754 is quite possibly the most dangerous anti-trans bill proposed so far. It must be defeated before it’s too late.
