Thanks for a great 2025 and here's to an even better 2026!
Don't forget, you can get your own personal lookback on the Fire website - getfire.bot/lookback
Feel free to share it here or in the dedicated lookback-2025 channel in the Fire Discord - discord.gg/firebot

A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. There is text in the center saying the following "Average Response Time" "925ms" At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
To top it all off, the average response time for commands (i.e. the time from you sending the command to when it is considered complete, including retrieving data & sending messages) is under a second
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. It has the text "Top Hours" above a list with the following items: 8pm - 6,068 7pm - 5,983 6pm - 5,860 9pm - 5,695 5pm - 5,639 At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
and here we have the top 5 hours for commands along with the number of commands ran during each
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. There is text in the center saying the following "Peak Activity Hour" "8pm" "Based on time in UTC" At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
Most commands were ran at 8pm UTC (9pm CET, 3pm EST, 12pm PST, 7am AEDT)
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. It has the text "Top Servers" above a list with the following items: Axiom - 18,794 Essential Mod - 14,772 Pridecord - 11,639 Fire - 1,481 Dejays Place - 1,173 At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
All this talk about how many times commands were ran made me curious to see *where* they were ran, so here's the top 5 public servers along with the number of commands ran in each
A server is considered public if it is listed in either Discord's or Fire's discovery pages
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. It has the text "Top Commands" above a list with the following items: minecraft uuid - 27,177 ban - 18,563 avatar - 16,463 google - 6,885 user - 6,167 At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
Out of the 98.9k commands, which ones were the most popular?
It's worth noting that some commands were excluded from this list if they were mostly ran indirectly, e.g. quote through message links, tag view through slash tags
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. There is text in the center saying the following "Moderation Actions" "24,925" "Including 21,399 bans!" At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
A big part of Fire is moderation, helping you keep your servers safe, and there were a lot of actions (ban, mute, kick etc.) taken against users with the majority of them being bans!
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. There is text in the center saying the following "Interactions" "117,307" "(Slash commands, buttons, dropdowns etc.)" At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
Slash commands aren't the only type of "interaction" on Discord and if we look at them all, there was 55,358 non-slash command interactions in 2025 for a total of 117,307
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. There is text in the center saying the following "Messages Seen" "162,394,443" At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
Fire keeps track of the events it receives in Discord, increasing a counter as each one flows through (which it got 414,455,990 of throughout 2025, an average of 1,240,505 per day)
I decided to filter just MESSAGE_CREATE and it turns out they made up about 39% of events
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. There is text in the center saying the following "Slash Commands" "61,949" At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
Of those 98.9k commands used, how many were via slash commands? As it turns out, almost 63% of them!
Fire's migration to be 100% slash commands had slowed down for a while but will be continuing in 2026 with the end goal being no more message commands
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. There is text in the center saying the following "Commands Used" "98,931" "Across all servers" At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
First up is the total number of commands used. Fun fact, you can see a counter on Fire's website showing this statistic, updating every 30 minutes, on the stats page (getfire.bot/stats)
A banner with a light to dark red gradient in the background. In the center is the Fire logo, large text saying "Happy New Year!" and smaller text saying "Let's take a look back at 2025" At the bottom is the text "#FireLookback2025"
Happy New Year! You can now take a look back at your usage of Fire in 2025 via the Fire website - getfire.bot/lookback
We'll do the same here, sharing some overall statistics from the year

Message from Fire Dev showing that I uploaded a log from Fabric 0.14.21 on 1.20.1 One possible solution is listed, updating Fabric from 0.14.21 to 0.14.22, and one recommendation is listed, updating Fabric API from 0.87.0+1.20.1 to 0.88.1 Three buttons are at the bottom of the message, two link buttons with the labels "View Log" & "View Raw Log" and a primary button with the label "Submit Solution"
A message from Fire Dev showing two embeds. The first embed shows my user as the author and has the title "New Solution Submitted" which is blue to indicate it being a link. The embed description is "gaminggeek.dev submitted a solution for a log from Fabric 0.14.21 on 1.20.1" The fields in the first embed show the possible solutions & recommendations from the first image along with the server name (Fire), number of mods (28) & profile which shows my Minecraft username & UUID. The footer says "Log scanned at" then the timestamp shows "Today at 13:38" The second embed is small & has just two fields, "Issue Description" & "Solution" with sample text in both
I'm working on something very nice for
@getfire.bot's Minecraft log scanning feature that should allow users to help greatly improve the feature
The update that will include this also has some minor bug fixes & improvements. I'm hoping to get it released within the next week
You may be able to figure out what the bug is if you zoom in 👀
A banner with the light to dark red gradient from the background of Fire's logo. It reads "FIRE PREMIUM NOW ACCEPTS PAYPAL" and has both the Fire & PayPal logos below the text
