active reflection is really hard work and way too exhausting but it does help :/

i myself am reconstructing my memories of my traumatic situations by but experiencing smaller situations in a similar direction in a controlled environment. writing down my feelings and worries and then trying to objectively see how the controlled situation turned out for a learning effect.
