We are pleased to announce the final scores for the WRCCDC Invitational #3 that took place this past weekend. We had over 25 teams wake up on a Saturday to compete! Excited to see everyone for Invitational #4 in a few weeks.

In this particular event we removed SLA (deductions) from all teams for Kubernetes (Rome) and the OSS Website (Milano). Ticket Deductions are any support requests and consultations. If you have any questions please let us know!

Here are the full score card! We will be happy to answer team questions after the season. In addition teams have requested how scoring is broken down. The second chart is pure service scoring before red/white/orange weights. Service Adjustments is a computed of removed SLA and similar issues.
