9 April 1943 | 2,500 Greek Jews - men, women & children - deported from the ghetto in Thessaloniki arrived at #Auschwitz.
After selection made by SS doctors, 318 men & 161 women were registered in the camp. The remaining 2,021 people were murdered in gas chambers.
