Just had a ban appeal that said "I don't know what I did wrong" when the ban reason literally told them EXACTLY what they did wrong.

My patience with devs using AI in their games was already extremely low but I usually am willing to say hey, you can do better than that if you actually care.
Getting blocked over me being respectful a year ago, today, shows me they not only don't actually care, they love genAI.

Oh for sure, just always the possibility of legit screenshots missing context and whatnot.
That said, if you see someone on socials trying to say the hermits banned them for trans positive messages, know it's bullshit.
So, someone got banned during the charity event from most of the Hermit's channels for being transphobic, and now every appeal, for the most part, is trying to sound super supportive of trans people.
Yeah... nothing like avoiding just apologizing?
