Metro 0.13.0 adds top-level contribution providers, Circuit code gen, and a new @DefaultBinding annotation.

This also removes most deprecated APIs as Metro prepares to go stable (!!). If you have runtime API feedback, now is the time!

Metro is so good! If you haven't tried yet, I strongly suggest you to!! I wish IntelliJ allowed non-bundled K2 compiler plugins to contribute their FIR checkers to the IDE so we could see diagnostics in real-time. Perhaps a Metro IntelliJ plugin could bridge the gap until then

The outside box was sealed, the S2 box seal was cut. Maybe DPD opened boxes to check that there were actual consoles inside before shipping them on.

There have been issues with folks receiving empty boxes on launch day on previous console releases.

Dunno, just offering plausible explanations.

Mine didn't come directly from Argos, but from their "supplier" via DPD. Maybe the supplier opened them to check they were legit before sending them out.

The last one I spoke at that covered travel & accommodation was NYC, and I had a nightmare. As you know because you were able to help me out.

That's why I stopped submitting to Droidcon CfPs. Being self employed, I'm already losing money because I can't invoice my client if I'm speaking at a conference. To then require me to cover my own travel and accommodation so the organisers can turn a profit is a hard pass for me.

A company I worked for had a lead dev that was a big contributor to it, and it was used internally for the company's platform.

Firstly it *used* to be the default, but no longer is. Secondly the context where I was using it was GNUstep. Now *that's* pretty obscure.

Stuff like Objective C, Guile, etc.
