Hang in there. I was very insulin-resistant, but luckily never had any flu-like symptoms. I will say, for the 1st 3mts, I was very strict and kept to <20gm of daily carbs. Now, 4mt in, & having been in ketosis for a while, charging things up with some good carbs, occasionally, has really helped.
