How do people have conversations?

I just say brain rot over and over, randomly press my body into you for pets, or sing whatever song is stuck in my head.

Like telling stories is cool too but idk how to do that without feeling like I’m annoying or I say it weirdly XD

It’s funny I complain about wanting attention but when I find a source I don’t feed it, I just expect it to keep coming and when it doesn’t I get sad, forget about it, and then move on to the next source of attention.
