I’d say De Zerbi had a stronger first XI, but Fab has a stronger squad depth overall. When De Zerbi’s first-teamers got injuries due to the extra Europa league games our Prem form dropped off. I think if Fab gets us into Europe this season we’ll be a stronger position next term!
