As this is an American History class, we will spend all of our time on the wars that America "won," mysteriously running out of time before we can cover the latest 40 years, a period in which your country has persistently lost every war it fought.

(my comic from Married To The Sea, still online and updating regularly)

Trump’s Hush-Money Sentencing Could Hit Him Where It Actually Hurts Donald Trump may face an actual consequence after all.

New Jersey law prohibits the distribution of licenses to anyone convicted of a crime “involving moral turpitude.” The state issued a notice following Trump’s hearing that the agency will proceed in determining whether Trump is still qualified to hold a license.

SERIOUS: Not trying to be a conspiracy theorist, not trying to be political, but someone really needs to do something about all the pedophiles about to be in the highest levels of the US government starting January 20, 2025.

Too many pedophiles.

I Documented “Book Bans.” I Thought They Were All Hysteria. Then I Opened One of the Most Contro... Even my local librarian seemed a little perplexed.

one thing i have come to understand as a parent is the sheer amount of internalized shame about sex and sexuality that a lot of people carry with them. here is a good example.

Much of mainstream media believes its job heading into the 2024 election cycle is to make this chart balance out.
Only then can the parties be presented as equal and opposite.
To media, the fact that there's a lot more objectively negative news about Trump is a challenge for them to overcome.

After acquiring Twitter, Mr. Musk and his lieutenants combed through its employees' internal communications and social media posts, looking for signs of disloyalty, Mr. Isaacson writes. The "musketeers," as Musk loyalists are known inside Twitter, searched Twitter's Slack archives for keywords including "Elon," and fired dozens of employees who had made snarky comments about Mr. Musk.

The sign of a true free speech leader... firing anyone who has ever made a snarky comment about them.

Got suspended from Twitter for paraphrasing the reality of what DeSantis said.

Come to Florida for an increased chance of getting disabled or dying due to covid...

Not taking that down nor going back there. Not worth it.
