Lol.. Defunct teams of Pune take the lead though - Pune Warriors India or for that matter Rising Pune Supergiants.
They all sound very similar. When I talk about IPL, I just ask the city they represent.
Ahead of Germany’s election, with anti-immigrant sentiment rising, they released viral videos showing life without immigrants.
History proves that when a country starts erasing certain people, it doesn’t end well.

Tuning parameters for a print is when I really understood how complex the physical world is and how challenging robotics can be. Nuts.
The moment I read about Intel's new CEO, I turned to bluesky to see what Bryan Cantrill has to say about it
I’m out on a walk. There’s a pedestrian crossing with no light or anything. But line of cars coming down the street. First two don’t stop for me, even though by law they’re supposed to.
Third one was a Waymo. It stopped and let me pass.
What a sad state it would be if languages die from a coordinated/deliberate effort.
Will sign up. It is slightly annoying to sign up but it seems interesting enough. Thanks 🙏
Duckduckgo user here. Can you talk a bit about kagi? How is your experience? Also, are you associated with the kagi company in some capacity?
+1. I guess people dont realize that such a cost is far smaller than it looks... But in this case I wonder if the push back is coming from the deeply embedded feeling of insecurity in humans.
How did they take it? Were they new to the concept? (Genuine question)
Thank you to all those who responded. I understand so much more.. The world is a beautiful place
Other trans people, give me your weird gender thoughts:
How do you conceptualize your pre-transition self?
Did you "kill" [deadname] so the real You could live?
Did You just become different?
Do you hate or love [deadname]? Or something in between? Has that feeling changed with time?
Was C rice in the story that you heard? In highschool, I heard the same story with B/A being Krishnadevaraya/Tenali Ram.
I swapped A and B by mistake
Maybe 7. Akbar (A), Birbal(B) and Rice(C)
IIRC, I remember economist Shruti Rajagojapalan mentioning that post covid economic recovery has been k-shaped where rich are richer and poor are worse off. (Can't seem to find the link to the exact episode). Also, haven't looked at the graph/numbers to see how bad is the k shape
The team isn't backing down.
If you have not donated to wiki recently, this is a good time
It’s so cold that men who wear shorts outside in the winter are wearing TWO pairs of shorts
The lifetimes are explained by adding ASCII art to the right of the code.
Damn good video! I wish rust-analyzer somehow displayed errors in the format the video uses for explanation. It would help new and seasoned users equally. Screenshot from

Loved every aspect of the movie Perfect Days! As someone who *usually* enjoys roz-marra ki zindagi, the movie spoke to me at a very personal level. Content but not complacent, the protagonist shows a way to live and enjoy life. I wish I had seen it in cinemas- but I already got so much from a movie
Exception not a rule. Had a colleague who always wore headphones. He said he needed them for silence, without which his productivity would drop to zero. He was happy to be "disturbed" #OpenFloorPlans
Recently I listened to this very insightful 12 hour(!) episode of Devdutt on the seen and the unseen.

if you want an actual economic argument for rent controls, this is probably one of the best examples. elasticity is *extremely* limited in the near term for housing. the re-distributive effects by allowing rationing be dictated by prices are exceedingly regressive, as in "permanent displacement"
I hope Google goes the Apple route. As a straight man, I am so happy to see tampons in men's toilets at Google
Agree.. More people should be open about ghost writing. We need more well written stories (especially from the science and economics communities). If one has ideas and needs a means to express it, why not. But I hope AIs get better faster at proofreading and editing than generating new content.
