TIL that Python's urllib.request.Request uses str.capitalize() instead of str.title() to normalize headers. So you get `Content-type` instead of `Content-Type`. And that Request.get_header() does not attempt to normalize, so you have to know that to inspect headers. ๐Ÿ˜ž
