A watercolour painting I did of a path winding off into the distance. The light is that of a hazy winter afternoon. Either sides of the path on the horizon are what looks like hills that form a valley, the sky colour on the right is a warm yellow sky as the sun dips behind the hill. The light is hazy, and suggests the time of day is in the afternoon, the sky colour on the left still has hints of blue. This is watercolour, then touched up with acrylic.
Gouache & water-soluble graphite on toned paper. This is a landscape painting I did of a wintery moor land. The hills are white with snow, and the sky is stormy and wintery. The saturation is quite low, the sky is blue grey.

Les "contrats-type" n'existent pas. L'éditeur qui te dit "ah non on peut rien changer, on a un contrat-type", c'est juste un truc pour te faire croire que personne ne négocie ni ne conteste. Un contrat, PAR DÉFINITION, se négocie, se discute, se change.
Boulet rappelle des bases toujours utiles. Le flou, le manque d'infos/expérience, la peur de passer pour qqn de chiant : tout ça c'est un environnement pour vous freiner dans la négociation. Donc de base négocier tout, tout le temps !
