I'll say this only once. If you can't be bothered to write the dialogue for your NPC's, then i can't be bothered to play your game.

This is looking at them like they aren't important, and not important to your games world building or hiding fun easter eggs.

part of the issue is also that it is kind of all over the place & the areas feel Very small. like theres one million npcs to talk to to do various character building grinds but theyre also crammed in like three separate tiny spaces. why did they do this

if i work out how i made him bald probably yeah

it's like i care about the characters but the way dialogue & cutscenes are done really doesnt appeal to me & the combat isnt really fun unless you have the exact right combination of characters on your team. which is not very fun when you just start out. i wish the story grabbed me more
