Hey all. Been making improvements in some areas in life (therapy and chores), while plateauing in others (motivation, convincing myself life's not garbage).

As for kink, I've not been partaking in it much at all, but I *did* get to taping my mouth shut this weekend. Felt good being gagged again.

Today's another of those "It's just not worth it" days. I hope I'll be more motivated tomorrow.
