On one hand, I love how alive and delightful she sounds talking about Final Fantasy Rebirth and Kingdom hearts. On the other hand, I could instill fear in her
I'm happy with the certain skills I have cultivate over the years; I just wish I could've work on drawing because I thought of the funniest thing to ever to my best friend: sending her muliple fan art of Sephiroth x goofy ship art.
As someone who only have blue sky, Tumblr, and reddit as social media and don't often looked at her replies. It's funny to look at my neglected inbox where apparently I missed someone replying with a whole ass paragraph on my post five months ago.
Or, bringing up past petty relationship drama as a gotcha, as if almost anyone who has ever had a series of relationships never had petty relationship drama.
Idk. The hardest part of any bad situation is first leaving, but I feel like people don't pay attention mind the second hardest part, "What do I do now?"
I had a whole three days of peace, and guess what? I wasted it doing absolutely nothing because the things I wanted to do, I couldn't do it because I didn't know what to do myself without having my time and labor spent on someone else.
Moving out away from a bad or abusive structure always going to make you feel so sacred because while you know it's good for you, you also realize how empty you life had become due to the abuse.
Moving out is stress less because the work to pack but more the fear of not being instantly comfortable .
You know, I'm honored
I aslo want to point out that someone replied to me with a screenshot of the definition of the word controversy then proceeding to talk down to me with points I never made. That made me realize how much that convo lost the plot.
I don't know, I don't think they should be winning over characters who have actual depths and continued arguments for them to actually engage with as a community but I guess "I just don't want controversial means."
No one actually engaging with the argument and it becomes a game of semantics. No, I know they are controversial, but they so fucking boring that having any conversation is inevitable so boring you wonder why they even worth it.
"Hey this boring character has not much things to say about them that isn't a circular argument about the creator not giving a shit. I don't think they are worth being considered the most controversial category for this game."
"Don't you know controversial mea-"
THAT'S NOT THE POINT I'M MAKING
I forgot that in order to have any discussion about anything, you must be prepared for people who will argue past you as if you don't know what words means.
Kingdom Hearts fans have already had decades of others shitting on kingdom hearts, so much so it's a running joke in the fandom. Also, you're not a person who ties her entire identity to single piece of media. So really, I'm really confused what would even be the goal here that isn't pathetic
A lot of people have gotten too comfortable trying to act like firends to people they know nothing about outside curated blog posts and take it upon themselves to be petty little bitches.
Never underestimate people's ability on the internet to try to guilt trip you into not doing something by acting like they were hyper supportive fans of yours and just can't watch you go down that path.
And you look on their blog and it was made three days ago.
Is this just not a different version of Maud pie and pinkie pie?
So happy for you girls!
You can't do anything without him trying to be the 'overseer' because he NEEDS to feel like he's the boss because he sure as hell can't do anything else.
Nothing buries my soul than hearing my father get insecure over something.
What I'm saying if your "to be read" list of one genre longering than what's new tab on Webtoon, you need to rethink some things.
But, like my firends, you are allowed to be picky or have particular standards about a genre that, by all means, might bar you from many of it's entries. Doesn't make you any less fan; it just mean you have other things in your life.
But, sometimes you hear takes that is less an important analysis of a genre's conventions and more of them whinning why do they kept eating trash.
"Oh, we're like raccoons, eating trash lol XD"
Yeah, you are howling like a cat in heat about this because your stomach hurts.
This isn't about people's that want radical changes to help improve a genre. I'm an avid that every medium always have a capacity to be amazing or at least interesting.
Sometimes, I want to drop the meanest reddit post in this one subreddit about people's overly consume this one particular genre being the reason they are bitching this loudly about it.
