The one surviving photograph of Yasuhiro "Yaz" Kawasaki
He was born in Yokosuka, and graduated in electrical engineering at Meiji University. His birthday is supposedly November 19th. His blood type is AB. He really liked the Beatles. This photo of him is the only one we have left.
He made the first album for a music label by Toshi Ide called Moonlight Cafe, which went defunct. He had an mp3 dot com page which is a site that also went defunct. He had a *fan club* which went defunct along with mooncafe dot com. Everything he touches goes defunct!
He was a former ASCII and Hi-Tech Lab Japan employee. He made music for video games TV shows and the like. He worked on albums with Kakumi Nishigomi, made background music for early CGI demo films by Ryoichiro Debuchi. Had an interview with freaking amazon dot com!
Okay, does anyone out there know *anything* about Yaz Kawasaki? He was this Japanese composer/producer who was supposedly "very successful," and yet I can find almost nothing about him online anywhere. It seems like he was active from 1984 to 2013. #YazKawasaki #LostMedia
