Whilst walking through the white bay power station for the biennale - was accidentally caught up in a moving live dance and musical performance …. This was as awkward as it sounds

I may have a solution but it will require MORE faffing about and trial and error to reinstate the thing I was replacing - but now as a part of this solution :/ who knows if that will work - but let’s try
More things delivered and setup and apparently it still won’t work exactly as it wanted because the answers on every forum are not quite explicit enough and I’ve found now other people with the same problem as me

I saw this recipe a few weeks ago on an Instagram reel and it’s lived rent free in my head ever since! Glad I cooked it - I’ve no regrets and can see myself cooking it again in winter

Cooked a “golden carrot lasagne” recipe today - where instead of a meat ragu, it’s a carrot and vegetable puree
Ridiculously tasty and very light ! Next time though I’d probably add in some cannelini beans to up the fibre and add a little bulk
