The way profit maxxing corpo culture has invaded every form of art through algorithms pushing people into daily posting is really weighing on me lately. Efficiency and regularity of making "content" being prized above all else feels so grim, man.

We were trying to make it work, but it just didn’t fit it into the schedule this time. ☹️
I’m sad to be missing it this year. Have a little extra fun for me!

Commission of #Wolverine I did at #C2E2 for a guy I was on a jury with just a few weeks ago!

I should draw more #Pokémon. So many fun character designs to play around with!

I saw so many Carls stomping around #C2E2 today, I just had to draw one.

Day 1 of #C2E2!
I’ve got comics, coloring books, RPG zines, the works. I’m even taking commissions!

Photo of my Green Oaks character sheet, which includes a little sketch of my character: an old man in a pigeon hat. On top of the sheet is a Werther's Original wrapped in gold foil.
A few photos from Gary Con. I fully embraced not having a table this year and went all in on playing games and networking. Highlights included hanging out with the DarkSpace crew, playing Pirate Borg in a water park, and my Green Oaks GM bringing hard candies for all us senior citizens.
If see you there, I’ll be sure to introduce myself and all your favorite color.

Played my first DarkSpace game at Gary Con today. My android was the only survivor.
Time to hire another crew of meatbags…
Raquel and I are excited for the game!
I keep running into the idea of moving sidewalks as public transit in old sci-fi novels. Caves of Steel ('53), Logan's Run ('67), and Goblin Reservation ('68) all have it.
Was this a popular sci-fi concept of the era? Commuting via high-speed belts just feels like a disaster waiting to happen.

And that's a wrap! Thank you all for your support of this project!
I'm gonna take a few days to enjoy not needing to promote or monitor it.... and then the real work starts!
