The fact that several other libraries I have cards for are also currently showing only 1 copy on libby when I’d expect them to have many makes me think it’s a libby/cataloging delay rather than LAPL choosing to get only 1.

Sorry, deleted my response cause I thought it came out next week, not today, so adjusting my comment lol- I don’t work there but use them a ton for new books on libby & in my experience they always display 1 copy in advance, then get a TON more immediately.
