I promise it's not complicated as it seems on the outside. I'm AuDHD and I picked it up rather quickly. The app or website make it really easy because you can look up right when things are happening ahead of time.

Look for AstroClock App (free) or use planetaryhours.net and start working by planetary hours and days. Might seem like a lot at first, but the app makes it really easy to plan and keep track of things.
