Happy to hear today that the NLRB accepted my testimony and my former coworkers are being allowed to Unionize up to my former role.

Thanks to the NLRB taking 9 months, I had to leave for a higher-paying position with insurance so I could *check notes* live, but I'm very happy for the team.

Last July, I testified to the NLRB as part of an attempt to unionize at my old job - I was the only member to testify, to attempt to fight what our employer was classifying as "Supervisor". Even though I had the title Supervisor, we believed my role was not quite how the NLRB defined it.

Happiest I’ve ever been was while I had a WFH job that allowed me to keep gigging. I miss slack.

I’m a techie with customer support skills, sales skills, and can even program, do high level spreadsheets and more, somebody please get me out of retail
