if i bump into ppl at fanfest, im partially blind and i cant see you on my right side

its always been something where im like i dont think this is a disability or a health condition, but i feel like its important to mention
bro is missing 30% of normal vision and saying its not a disability or health condition

i never really mention my blindness so any doctor as a disability or health condition but it literally is, even though i dont notice it is because its my normal
