'We Palestinians Are Not Going Away' is a zine made up of first-person accounts of the war / genocide in Gaza, Palestine.
Download it (it's free), print it and distribute it ✨
Available to download from the Little Zine Revolution site: lzr.life/zine/we-pale...
#Fairbanks today lol 🤍
Three of the 4 new zines that I will be bringing to Black Zine Fair incorporate archival documents. I am very interested in ways to activate my collections for public sharing and access.
The zines will only be available at BZF.
Stop by if you're in the city on May 9.
Hand holding a zine with the cover of the book Alaska Native Resilience: Voices from World War II, Southwest rug in background with around a dozen or so paper zines in background

They should have sent a poet.
Amazing. 🙏🏻 And if I were the moon, I would not trust us.
What if every department had to ask itself why Indigenous people are not present?
An icicle against blue sky
Towering birches, leafless, blue sky
I have not left Fairbanks this winter, which I only feel now. I almost fell over when I heard water dripping outside this afternoon! Check out that icicle, eh!
Pink moon over dark spruce
Woke up around 1am, couldn’t find sleep til after I stepped outside. The Moon, such a comforter.
red gold moon over spruces and snow
Waning gibbous Pink Moon-I mean, really-it was so many shades of pink this morning.
Looks like two-legged person at a distance in snowy woods
The moose takes a few steps revealing more than 2 legs
Moose knelt down , definitely 4-legs, and curled up in the snow
More than once, from a distance, I have mistaken a 4-legged moose for a two-legged human, like I did just now.
Some 3 years ago I was invited to contribute a book chapter, which I did. Now, finally, we are asked for finalizing post-review edits. But today I would write the whole thing differently to begin with!
Bright moon with dark Spruced and snow
Good morning. I can feel moonlight and dawn closing in on one another.
Oh-yes!

Fairbanks airport climate factoid: Saturday's high temp of 22F and low of -19F gives a daily range of 41ºF. This is the fifth straight day with a range over 40F. The last time Fairbanks had five straight days with such a large range was March 1945. Why: deep snowpack and clear skies. #akwx
Intense, one of my favs, which I also just keep wanting to share is The Bone People by Keri Hulme
by Leanne Betasamosake Simpson…
I just went on an Erdrich binge myself! Amazing. Two Old Women by Velma Wallis, maybe you know that? (Also a new short film by @princessdaazhraii.bsky.social ), gorgeous, rich, moving in pre-colonial struggle, hope and humor, too. Black Marks On the White Page, shorts w/ so many facets. Noopiming
Moon, Aurora, snow
Cow and calf moose in snow
White and gray cat coming out of a yellow bag
A few scenes from today-morning, noon, early evening…# Fairbanks
