i mean, i talked with a guy who is otherwise chill but dislikes how goblins are portrayed BECAUSE they are too modern. And tbh I am like, fair to dislike it but wow's technology is all over the place since Vanilla so 💀
It still baffles me that there are folks in the WoW space who get on roleplayers' cases over their character designs being too modern.
