a grey rat on a pair of blue jeans with a red golden ratio layered top of the picture, with concrete and some grass in the background.
ah yes, the golden RATio 🐀
our bangs are getting so long 😩
i can’t believe it’s been almost 7 months since our last haircut!!!
it’s so crazy that #simplyplural will be shutting down this year — it has truly helped us so much.
welp, tiktok totally sucks. there have been so many problems this past week / when they sold tiktok to oracle, so i think we might try posting on bluesky or other platforms as well.

it’s already been a month since we started live streaming on tiktok! 😎
next month also marks 4 years we’ve been sharing our experiences & making content about DiD so we decided wanted to try something new & start streaming! 🫶🏻🩷
photo of bald rat, named Neil, next to a tiny toy rainbow keyboard piano, with the caption “Neil banging out the tunes April 13, 2006”
neil has been banging out tunes since april 13th, 2006.
happy neil day everyone 🎹 🐀
alt text: a nintendo switch, one blue controller & one green, on a grey blanket, the game being played is rollercoaster tycoon classic. the screen shows the graphite group levels, with all but one completed — highlighting three monkeys park. it shows the person who posted this keeps getting stuck on that one level & has even gone back to it.
we’ve been playing
#rollercoastertycoon again [we played it during our childhood] for a few days [we bought it on our switch] & we’ve played / lost 3 monkey park on 4 times now 😅 — so we just wrote our own walkthru for on how we could try to beat it tomorrow, with guides & tips we found online.
hahahaha the perfect touch
these are awesome! honestly some great landscaping work! 🥰
alt text: dezzy, a little in a DiD system, drew herself in a big shirt with her arms out stretched, as if to show how big the shirt is. she has her hair in ponytail & lucky mismatched socks, just like in real life! the words say "i love big shirts!" there is also a heart drawn on the right side of the page. the picture was drawn in pencil on a spiral sketch notebook, it has a cozy & cute vibe.
recently as an effort to try to focus on things we used to enjoy [to improve our quality of life] a few alters have started doing old hobbies again, including drawing! so we wanted to take a second to show this cute doodle dezzy did a while ago called “big shirt” 💚🩷

could you show us some examples? 🥰
thanks coach 😎
“oh sorry, what was that?
my bad, i didn’t hear you”
in all honestly, we were probably dissociating 😂🩷💜
I just want to be able to draw as much as i used to
i thought i left my vape at home, but trinket reminded me we put one in the side pocket last week — it’s fully charged & brand new. 😎
sometimes being a DiD system isn’t all bad, that’s all im saying.
i just wanted to say im proud of us & how far we’ve come with functional multiplicity.🫶🏻✨

you’re doing amazing
i’ve never been good at text based social media, i over think everything before i post it.
or is that normal???
2025 is my year, I'm manifesting literally everything I want to happen to me
Nothing calms the urge to eat aquarium gravel quite like Nerds candy.
the picture is of one of the scrapbook system’s rats, Gordon, a sleek black rat with soft fur & dumbo ears, sits proudly on a black-and-white ouija board patterned blanket. His eyes are focused directly on the camera, his pink nose & whiskers are perfectly framed in the shot. Today (12/26/2024) is a special day — gordon’s first birthday
today is Gordon’s 1st birthday! 🎁

we believe in you 🥺
we’ve been dealing with ARFID our whole life but holidays & get-togethers have always been the worst. the questions & expectations around food make it harder to enjoy being with family and friends. sometimes, all we want is to feel present, not pressured into eating or explaining ourselves.
some helpful ARFID tips to surviving the holidays:
• bring your safe foods / snacks
• take breaks when it gets overwhelming
• shift the conversation away from food
• ARFID isn’t about being picky
• avoid food-related pressure & expectations
• distract with non-food topics when needed
3/3
when people ask about what your eating, try saying: “this is what feels right for me today.” if someone pushes further, you can say, “i appreciate your concern, but this is what works for me.” your comfort is important, & you don’t need to explain everything 2/3
