I can’t decide whether I like this better as him emerging on his own from the bayou he intended to be in, or if his facial expression is him glaring, absolutely infuriated, at whoever knocked him into the water. Either way, this is beautiful!

Okay Alone (by Freya Odin) Alastor strides through the lobby, passing Charlie and Vagatha snuggling, Angel and Husker bickering, Niffty and Baxter plotting. He grins, and Charlie waves warmly, Angel winks mischievously, and Niffty aggressively hugs Alastor’s knee before scampering back to her beau. Maman worried for him, her strange boy laden with absent desires, atrophied compunctions, stymied potential, and devastating rage. He wishes she could see him, bask in his rejection of all chains and expectations. He’s alone in every way he craves and none of those he fears. She’d be happy, he thinks. But more importantly, he is happy, powerful, and at peace.

Alastor relaxes on the rolling chair he was tied to in Season 2. He is on his back and showing off his flexibility, draped languidly with his head resting on his arms, which are crossed and braced on the floor. He has one leg pointing upward and the other is resting on the top of the chair. He is wearing tight purple boxer shorts. Around his neck is a purple collar with a gold bell and apple charm. Clipped to the collar is a purple leash which is wrapped around one of the armrests of the roller chair. It is taut as Alastor leans away increasing the tension against his neck. Likewise the loop end of the leash, which also has a small gold bell attached to it, is hooked in-between his cloven hoof and he is pulling on it as well with his leg making it taut. So I realized between Days 3 & 7 that the date prompts were actually supposed to be what Alastor sets up for his partner rather than the other way around. But it’s too late now as I’d prefer my allo- and a-romantic dates to match, so here we have Lu being cute for both versions of Alastor

A-Romantic Date Night (by FreyaOdin) Alastor stops dead, the scene before him the very opposite of what he hoped for tonight. He sighs. "Lucifer, we've discussed this." "Huh?" Lucifer peers around him at the setup of blankets, wine, and most terribly, glowing candles. "Oh shit, it's not what it looks like!" "How?" "Take a whiff!" "Excuse me?" "What do you smell?" Alastor sniffs. Blood? Rendering fat? A hint of viscera? "What is this?" "RIP Candle Company. Ambiance for that slasher radio play you said was on tonight? I brought finger food and pillows!" Alastor takes it back, this is exactly what he hoped for tonight.
