Zhar, a revenge driven arcanist who made a deal with Hermaeus Mora to add more souls to the Infinite Library, specifically necromancers after his soul was broken by a failed necromancer ritual, leaving him trapped in Molag Baals Coldharbour for 10 years. He's been scarred and his hair has turned white from the ritual.

Shintah, Zhar's twin brother, has spent 10 years training and honing his warrior skills to find his brother after he was kidnapped so long ago. He found love in an argonian thief named Talen, but had to leave when Talen needed him most to find his brother, but he has no knowledge of Talens conflictions. Shintah is covered in blue tattoos and white fur, mirroring Zhar's black fur.

Talen is Shintah's boyfriend, but he is conflicted as Shintah left to find Zhar when Talen's sister was wrongfully accused of being a necromancer, and was mobbed. Shintah had proof, but he had to act fast to find his brother on a lead that would likely have never happened again. Talen feels conflicted about Shintah, loving him but blaming him for his sisters death. He is purple with green markings.
