I'm seeing a lot of hot takes that Cox v. Sony has made the DMCA irrelevant, and compliance will plummet. I think that's wrong. Legal risk management starts with avoiding lawsuits in the first place. Plus, there are other DMCA-relevant theories of liability besides contributory infringement.
