very funny though, in a way, that the week I say "I will go to all my crossfit/fencing/gym classes and go even a lil' more than usual!" is the week I get sick and get decomissioned for like 5 days

I also got really sad thinking about how some people are alone and no one is there by their side if they wake up in literal cold sweats in the middle of the night
