Ended up sleeping pretty much the entire day, and I still feel sick :(

Usually when I stay up all night I end up just totally passing out the second it turns like 8 am. Not today, I guess. It’s weird how sickness can make you exhausted and also keep you up all night.

Feeling sick and getting no sleep at all is not a good combo

I cannot stand getting sick, especially on a work day. Like I want to power through it, but I also work with food, and I don’t want other people to get sick because of me

I fear I am actually getting sick 😭 apparently a bunch of sicknesses have been getting passed around at my workplace, so I wouldn’t be surprised

I can’t tell if I actually feel sick and that’s why I can’t sleep or if I’m anxious for some reason and it’s giving me an unsettling feeling

I literally have work in like 4 hours.
