On March 27, 2026, I received the following email from Assistant U.S. Attorney Pam Johann, which stated: “Our office received the Motion to Quash that you filed in the above case. I have been informed that DHS has rescinding the summons and has notified Reddit of this. Because there is no subpoena to quash, this miscellaneous matter is now moot. We request that you voluntarily dismiss the matter.”

ICE withdrew another lawless administrative subpoena, rather than defend it in court.

This time, the subpoena (technically a summons) targeted a Reddit user. @cldc03.bsky.social represented the Reddit user and challenge it in court. www.eff.org/files/2026/0...
