I find the Hage situation most puzzling. If he is not ready for the NHL (I think he is), I would have to think there is more to learn in the A than having a do-over in uni. Besides that, his future big contract of millions of $ will be deferred by a year. It’s fine I guess but still seems strange.

I think under the circumstances, they did well to get the tie and then the win. I don't think they would have accomplished that even a month ago. I think the Caufield thing caused them to lose focus just a bit. Do you think so too?
