Good news on a VERY bad news day

Impossible to not think about the Artemis II mission while all this has happening. A genuine achievement in human scientific achievement to expand our own horizons and understanding occurring as the president threatens genocide. We are not built for that cognitive dissonance.

i don’t know if i can express this well but the artemis II is more than just a testament to the value of exploration. it’s a reminder of what’s at stake here, the dignity of the experience of being alive, the literal miracle of every human you will ever meet, and all we’re capable of together.
